The DAV-02HT and DAV-02HR are state-of-the-art Dante AV Ultra Encoder and Decoder, offering 4K HDR UHD video with subframe latency over 1GbE networks.

These devices ensure visually lossless quality and synchronized audio and video with a single network clock for a lip-sync-free experience. The encoder features versatile HDMI and USB-C inputs with both manual and automatic source selection. The decoder provides dual HDMI outputs for multi-screen setups, with auto-downscaling and HDCP compatibility. Engineered for silent operation, reliability, and energy efficiency, they support PoE or DC power and integrate with Dante network.

Manual or automated source selection

Dante AV Ultra encoder, DAV-02HT features inputs for both USB-C and HDMI, allowing for the automatic switching of sources upon detecting an incoming TMDS signal. Users can also manually select sources by pressing a front-panel button or by utilizing a sensor input to connect custom-tailored press button, allowing system integrators to externally wire a press button, suitable for installation on a table.

Auto-downscaling and HDCP revision conversion

The HDMI ports on The Dante AV Ultra decoder, DAV-02HR reads Extended Display Identification Data (EDID) of every connected screen and adjusts the output video resolution automatically to ensure the optimal display resolution for each screen. Additionally, HDCP is automatically converted to the appropriate revision for each connected screen.
